May 18, 200520 yr Another sign of Judy never showing her face again: 2nd and 3rd no one out, Jon gets two k's and a popup to maintain the lead. Hell yes, Jon! Keep it up! Let's take the series tommorow, Buerhle v. Drese
May 18, 200520 yr If the Blue Jays can hold it down we are back up to a 5.5 game lead Edited May 18, 200520 yr by valponick

May 18, 200520 yr Jon eff'ing Garland... I think digging up the "Jon Garland for a bag of balls" threads would provide lots of laughs tonight. Go get 'em tomorrow, Buehrle!

May 18, 200520 yr That sequence by Jon was the most incredible thing I have seen him do, since he got to Chicago. He mowed down a murders row, and didn't even look like he broke a sweat to do it.
May 18, 200520 yr QUOTE(NUKE_CLEVELAND @ May 17, 2005 -> 10:37 PM) Speaking of Johan.........he got RAWKED!!!!! tonight by Toronto. Uuuuuum, thats what he was referring to.
May 18, 200520 yr Alright we have to pick one, once and for all: 1.) Hermy 2.) Hermey 3.) Hermie I vote for Hermy

May 18, 200520 yr QUOTE(Balta1701 @ May 17, 2005 -> 08:39 PM) Those walks in the 9th tonight did give me a bit of a scare though. Out of all the guys in the pen there's nobody I trust to get out of a jam more than Hermey.
May 18, 200520 yr Great win for the guys tonight. Jon Garland proving he's the stud I always thought he could be.
May 18, 200520 yr QUOTE(NUKE_CLEVELAND @ May 18, 2005 -> 02:40 AM) Out of all the guys in the pen there's nobody I trust to get out of a jam more than Hermey. I trust Cliff Politte just as much almost... he has given up a couple of runs but with that 98 mph fastball he has shown sometimes and with way he is pitching i have complete confidence in him.
