He isnt the worse player in the majors... but he isnt good thats for one... I think he is mostly there because he can talk to everyone... he knows japanese, same hometown as Uribe, and can speak english he is there for his club house presence and as Ozzie's personal bitz.

Timo is the worst offensive player in the majors. Not only can he not hit, but he makes terrible decision on the bases, and he's an absolutely terrible outfielder.

Greg Dobbs, Eric Valent, Eric Bruntlett, Bobby Higginson, Mark DeRosa....Timo Perez can be arguably better than all of those clowns.

Eric Valent is a much better hitter than Timo has ever been. He's a very good hitter against righty pitching. The other guys you listed are bad......but is Timo really better than them? I bet most of them can actually play defense.
