inning over - another quick one

Great play by Iguchi before. Easily the most range he's shown this year.

QUOTE(chi-guy2 @ Jun 21, 2005 -> 07:45 PM)
we may not need him the way garland is goin so far

Alright, that's enough of that. You're completely asking for a you-know-what.

Another 7 pitch inning for Garland there.

38 pitches for big Jon through 4. Guys in the bullpen? You're ok to take naps now. Rest up for...well Mark's pitching tomorrow...Rest up for that Cubs series!

whitesoxmanager loves the leather game in & game out! jose valentin just about gave me a heart attack ulcer! every groundball was the worst nightmare ever!

Honestly. Third Person-Again?

Jim H. thinks the speaking in the 3rd person bit is kinda weird. :bang

I'm worried about Frank's swing. He's swinging so hard it looks like he's going to hurt himself. He needs to take it a bit easy.

Wow, Frank was just aced.

Well really that's only been Frank tonight, but that's all he does anymore, and he makes no excuses for it. He's trying to hit a HR everytime up. He shouldve taken the walk right there tho.

OOOH CLOSE!

Paulie JUST missed it.

Sox need to get Greinke out of his rhythm. Step out of the box, call time, etc.

damnit, i thought that was out

Not sure if I'm the only one, but I absolutely HATE the thinking and philosophy I've heard from Hawk, DJ, and some other members of the media about what type of average record the Sox could have the rest of the year, and still have "x" amount of wins. Sounds way too much like playing not to lose.

Everett doing just that ... trying to take Greinke out of his rhythm.

Everett just did so. Middle of a windup.
