We have 18 more outs, calm down buddy.  Also, who gives a s*** about the Cubs.

I do, I hate those f***ers. Trust me, if they go on to sweep the Marlins this wknd, all you'll hear for the next 3 days in the local media is how much of a genius Dusty/Hendry is because they sent down Patterson, and rejuvenated the team. If you combine that with the Sox getting swept, and the Twins winning the next two games....it definitely won't be the best of times. Again, this is just a scenario I hoped I wouldn't have to see, and I'm not saying the result of any of these games are final.

Who cares what the media thinks and who cares about the Cubs. On a sidenote is Eric Byrnes the Aaron Rowand of the west or what?? They play very similar imo.

another nice inning for mark....com on sox lets see that O do somethig now

You obviously don't work with Cubs fans, do you?

yeah i agree with you, but eric byrnes is a defensive gem out there and aaron rowand is just plain crazy

I know this is easier said than done, but these guys have to look for the fastball and let it fly. If they are worried about the curve than they have no chance

Well not now. But I live in the Northern suburbs so trust me I deal with them all the time. I just could care less about them. It just doesn't matter to me, let them talk, the sox will do their talking on the field.

Nice job swinging at a ball inches away from hitting you konerko.

I now know what it must have felt like to be a Yankee fan last year when Giambi was in the ASG.

I think Ross Gload AND Carl Everett BATTING LEFTY are BETTER vs LHP than Paulie.

i know we're only down 2-0 but this is lookin real ugly

PK looking like a little leaguer tonight at the plate. It's mind-boggling to me how bad the 1B position in the AL is this season for him to make the ASG. Good for PK, at least.

man zito would be so good for this white sox team

I've never heard that before. You should send that one to Hawk!

Anyone ever notice how many balls Rowand fouls off over the first base dugout? I know his stroke is to the opposite field, but he's just not getting the bat head through the zone. He had so many doubles down the LF line last year.

Did he already say the same thing? I'm listening on the radio

bulls*** call on rowand

that wasnt a strike, zitos cruveball is so deceiving

Yuck. Zito's been getting squeezed a bit on that inside corner this whole game so far and then he throws one way inside and gets the call. That's bad umping.

Our hitters do an awful job at protecting with two strikes. Even if the pitch is a little inside/outside, you have to foul off tough pitches in order to keep the AB alive. You can't rely on the umpire to bail you out on close pitches all the time.

He and DJ are practically reciting it over and over again lol.
