Its gonna be a tough one. Sox are gonna score some more runs though. I got full faith in the club.

You will also see Jenks pitch tonight.  I'm worried cause Manny owns Sox pitching.  I remember last years series at the cell, he had a grandslam and I think finished the series with 4 HR's, if not 5 and a gazillion RBI's.

How crazy was that homer he hit last night?? It was a good pitch to hit and all but he just flicked his wrists and the ball was gone. Such an effortless swing.

Dumbest sign today is the bandwagon RedSox fans who have the "I see Red People"  Actually I see bandwagonning dumb people.

 

Some 15 year old girl at Buffalo Wild Wings on Friday was professing why she loves the Redsox while we were watching that game in the outdoor patio.  The entire table that was with her noticed that I and my 1 year old son were wearing the whitesox jerseys and then proceeded to tell us yup the WhiteSox suck and that they are all true blue RedSox fans and even 1917 crap. Oddly enough they did not have a New England accent.  So I turned and said who is the starting SS for the RedSox, the girl turned and said well Silly its Nomah.    I turned to my wife and said, I thought Cub fans were the dumbest f***ers out there.

I think he's over 100 pitches. I would take him out. With all the problems he's had against Boston in his career, he should gain some confidence.

It was filthy. I still can't believe people weren't willing to take him on when he got put on waivers before the start of last season. Manny is one of the best run producers of all time.

Totally agree. I wouldn't leave him in here. Jose doesn't seem to handle high pitch counts well. However, I'm pulling for Cont. It be big if he could get this relatively quickly.

 

I do have a decent amount of faith in Jose. If there was any one thing I'd want him to improve on (maybe even more than his control) would be for him to speed up his delivery when a runner is on. Its a given that singles or walks are turned into doubles with him on the mound.
