With a three game series in Kansas City, is now the time you let Bobby Jenks try and close out a game for us? southsideirish71 Posted July 25, 2005 Share Posted July 25, 2005 I think they are going to use him a bit more. But they will probably ease him into more late game situations. As long as he can keep his control in check we are witness to a nice power arm that can help us in the stretch and hopefully in the playoffs. If and only if Hermanson's back really is serious and he might miss some serious time then yes this would be a good series to try and get Bobby's feet wet as a closer.
