July 26, 200520 yr I have very little expectations for Frank down the stretch. Heck the past couple weeks the club woudl of been better letting Everett stick as the every day DH. If Carl does well between now and the deadline, I don't think the Sox will add a bat. They could do something after the non-waiver deadline though.

July 26, 200520 yr The fact is, unless the Reds pay some of Griffey's deferred deal which goes until 2024, the Sox won't be trading for him anytime soon. Everett seems fine as the everyday DH, if Lowell's acquired in the Burnett, well there's your other DH guy.
