Good for Ozzie to get ejected. If only the rest of the team had his energy tonight.

What ump crew is this?

Blue Jays broadcast suggests Ozzie's trying to get the team and crowd fired up. Sounds good to me.

This means we're going to be hearing Hawk b**** for the next 6 innings.

2 outs

Wow, they look like s***.

After a promising first inning, our hitting looks just awful now.

i think he is just protecting garland and the pitching staff....very good move...now he can tell JG that the bad stuff wasn't due to him...he really does a great job at distracting attention away from the teams mistakes and onto himself.

f***ing Cubs just got another break in a game, as David Bell completely half-assed a big play in the 8th inning. Cubs score 2, and lead 2-0. This is looking like one of those baseball nights that just piss me off all around.

omg, 6-2, put in adkins

Is that Halladay out there?? i thought he wasn't starting till next week :huh

Yikes, thinking about turning this one off...

Time to get Garland out of the game after this inning. He's just throwing batting practice to the plate.

Jon just cant locate the ball tonight!

The pitch to Reed Johnson that resulted in a double wasn't bad....but he's deserved every other run he's given up tonight. It's like he has no sink on his ball at all today.

Didn't Adams hit two off of Garland in Toronto also?

It's time for Mr. Adkins very soon. Nothing to gain by keeping Garland out there much longer.

2 in that game, but one homer was off of Viz.

Yeah, that'll do it for this one. Here's hoping they come back in this one, but I'm definitely not in the mood for this stuff. Later, all.

Why is there Cubs talk on this thread? :gosox1:

garland just dosent have it today huh? i just got home from work and MLB extra innings isnt carrying the game

those cum wad sons a bastards!

First post here....this is only 1 game and Jon deserves to be off every once in a while. He will come back strong his next start and the sox will come back strong tomorrow. They cant win every game...GO SOX!!

Hawk's getting quite pissed at Garland. Even on a double play, he b****ed that the ball was over the plate.

Looks like Carpenter might be the first 16 game winner....beating the Marlins 2-1 in the bottom of the 5th.

5 innings...58 pitches(very effecient)...2 hits....1 walk....5 k's
