Well, that lead diminished quickly. Buehrle just isn't sharp tonight.

Wow

What a real crappy effort by Burly.

What in the hell was that pitch?

Should be 5-4.

Good thing Buehrle decided to show up tonight...sheesh. Hopefully the offense can stay alive today.

His starts against the elite teams in baseball this season haven't been overly impressive. Garland has been our best guy against the best teams.

stupid Varitek. Suck.it.up Mark

Wow, fantastic play there. Gotta score some more runs now.

Man they are crushing the ball.

It's a 4 inning game now. Hopefully Ozzie won't leave Buehrle out too long. Not looking at the game stats, this is the worst he's looked all season.

On the bright side 8-4 TB

yep...both pitchers are getting hit hard.

...how big is Everett's dinger looking now; gotta keep it coming

We cant expect on the pitching to win every game for us. I hope our offense keeps on hitting in this game.

5 runs is tied for the most the Sox have scored the last 10 games.

If it comes down to the bullpens I like our chances.

Oakland and KC ring a bell

Thankfully, our offense is putting up a fight tonight.

Who do you consider elite? He's had problems against Boston and Oakland, that's it.

That KC game was ruined by bad defense and some bloop hits. Those Oakland games, besides the first game, weren't that bad. Just some real bad defense played in a lot of his games.

Yah, but I sure as hell figure 5 runs to be enough for our ace. Even against Boston.

Well i wouldn't start him in Games 1 or 2 vs. Boston or Oakland in the playoffs. HOPEFULLY, we get The Angels in the 1st round :pray

Any chance that the Sox (the white kind) get another baserunner tonight?

Wow, talk about some bad luck that inning.
