Just my imagination ???

Featured Replies

I've seen the same threads over the past couple of days. Seems like with the Sox on a roll and getting ever closer to a division title things would be jumpin' around here. But with the exception of the game thread and "thats another White Sox winner" few new topics have been posted recently.

I know the admins wanted to make it easier for people to start threads without having to be personally lambasted with the new policy , but it seems to have had the opposite effect. Is it just my imagination runnin' away with me or is Soxtalk on red alert and running scared when we should be in the most giddy and enthusiastic state ever ?

When they're not, look out Bill Simonsen.

It's because we're winning. Just wait for a loss. We'll have more threads.

In a lot of cases, this is great for the site.

Speaking of Huge, anyone know if he's still stinking up Sportsradio in Michigan?

I hate my cable system.

We get Fox Sports Detroit instead of Comcast.

BUT

They still blacked-out the ESPN broadcast because the cable company gets Chicago's ESPN feed.

Nice.

There's always fewer new threads after a Sox win because of the White Sox Winner thread. All posts about the game go into that thread. However, there's no post game thread if the Sox lose, so various different threads start up.

I just started a positive thread but it disappeared
