i think it's got more to do with our pitching rather than them choking, or being off their game.

Both PK and Crede have had pitches in their wheel house that they fouled off.

Crede pops it up to lane to end the inning, 0-0.

Right now, Backe looks better than I thought he would. I was expecting him to crap his pants as this was supposed to be the easiest game for the sox. Guess not.

Only 17 of his pitches were strikes out of 30. I am not worried about how we hit backe. I am more so concerned how they hit garcia.

The Sox match-up better vs Clemens than they do Backe. Backe has that slider which our righties struggle against.
