Okay, I KNOW I'm Not Supposed To, But

Priceless. This exposes.......beyond a shadow of a doubt........what a fraud this hack really is.

My personal favorites:

"Who is Geoff Blum, anyway?"

"The Sox are deluding themselves if they believe Bobby Jenks -- a 270-pound rookie reliever -- can stop a historic free-fall."

That blog was too funny.... Amazing how he kept switching sides. :bang

WHO IS KARIM GARCIA?????????

I just copied and emailed it to him.....everyone do it.....let him have it

jmariotti@suntimes.com

What an asswipe. Thank you for posting that, I just laughed nonstop for about 15 minutes sorting through his drivel. God how much it had to suck for Zorn to put that together, because he had a lot more s*** to sift through.

Well, maybe if he didn't lump links together, they wouldn't get lost in the shuffle....

:D

Sorry about that, Gene Honda Cheat, I didn't see your link.

Hilarious s*** either way.

I bet BabyJay Windsock can have one HELL of an argument with himself, the way he takes both sides of any subject....

ROFLMAO!!! Great stuff!

My favorite quote...from June:

June 7 -- "I can safely say the Sox won't win a World Series as long as (Jerry Reinsdorf) owns them."

:bang

reading that i have come to the conclusion that mariotti IS a white sox fan. he praises them when they're doing good and pisses on them when they falter. goin back and forth and back and forth and forgetting ANYTHING that he has said in the negative.

BUMP.

This seems to get posted every day and this is the original topic (i think)

The ultimate irony. Eric Zorn calling out Marriotti. Folks, they're starting to eat their own children.

At Bally's yesterday, I saw Marriotti sporting a Sox jersey and Ozzie mask. I couldn't hear the program...didn't want to...but what a laugher that picture was.

Thanks to the guy for exposing mariotti for what a simplistic columnist he is.

You have to have SOME perspective. To change your mind as many times as he did this past offseason and season is utterly insane.

I think the guy should be fired to tell you the truth.

I mean how can a lead columnist change his mind so many times?

It shows he has no true judgment, no true expertise. He's just trying to inflame

when things are going bad; and praise when he has to.

He is writing like we indeed all have 6th grade education which supposedly is the average reader's education.

WE SEE THROUGH YOU JAY.

Give me a more boring columnist (yes the guy can write) with some true

perspective folks, like the guy at the Southtown and the Trib.

They are not as good a writers as Jay but I trust them a lot more.

That blog item was priceless.

This was so good I had to forward it on. I don't have Hawks email so I sent it to Brooks.

Brooks,

I would greatly appreciate it if you can forward this on to Hawk for me. I'm sure he will get great pleasure out of it.

Thanks for everything this year!!!!!!!!!

Best regards,

Ben Ferenzi

Brooks response:

Proving that the media has no accountability. Thanks for sending this over.

Brooks

First, the usual Moronotti:

...(What Smart fans)  want to know is how the Sox plan to win a World Series. Answer: They won't, as long as Reinsdorf and his people own the team. Please sell it.

They don't care about winning and only care about making money.

"I go into every season thinking we can win a championship," says Ken Williams, the loopy general manager of the Sox. "I think we have a chance to do great things."

Now notice the transition.

They are not going to miss the playoffs. Hear me? The aren't choking. Got that?

I've been trying to tell out-of-towners that Guillen has been a terrific manager.

What a douche. What a tool.

We need a crow emoticon........

Actually though, I think the thing that made me laugh the most was a comment posted there.......

Dont start believin' Chicago is a Sox town quite yet. It would take at least 3 championships before that might happen. Its just too cool being a Cubs fan. Not to mention the ball parks.....

ROLFMAO

lol, Jay would fit in so well around here. How many f***ing choke avatars were floating around? How many naysayers that we got screwed on the Lee trade? How many were logged in last season waiting for KW to announce his resignation? Remember the dugout press conference?

I'm beginning to think Jay is the ultimate Sox fan. :D

I was thinking the same thing Tex.

I'm sure we could come up with some similar exclamations from members here over the course of the year that could fill an entire column.

The truth can hurt...

That would be the funniest Sox commercial. Jay as the ultimate Sox fan. I love/hate this team. The only problem is all Sox fans love JR
