November 3, 200520 yr OT: Look at Bogut's stat line, 10 points, 14 rebounds (8 offensive), 4 assists. Milwaulkee look the goods this year. And oh yeah, Indiana may just be the best defensive team in the NBA, if not, they're right up there.
November 3, 200520 yr Indiana is a lock in my mind to make the NBA finals (if they stay healthy) and I'm picking them to win it all. I think Jermaine O'Neal and Artest is the best duo in the league...better than Wade/O'Neal.
November 3, 200520 yr Tim Thomas' s***ty defense shows right away. Good lord is he slow laterally, that or incredibly lazy and I'm thinking its more lazy.
November 3, 200520 yr QUOTE(DBAH0 @ Nov 2, 2005 -> 06:19 PM) OT: Look at Bogut's stat line, 10 points, 14 rebounds (8 offensive), 4 assists. Milwaulkee look the goods this year. And oh yeah, Indiana may just be the best defensive team in the NBA, if not, they're right up there. Bogut is a really good all around center. I think he could develop into a Brad Miller like center (in terms of a good passer, decent scoring ability, and a good rebounder). I like Bogut's all around game and I think the Bucks are the most improved team in the NBA (they will make the playoffs). Tj Ford, Michael Redd, Jamaal Magloire, Gadzuric, Bobby Simmons, Andrew Bogut, etc. Thats a great group of players they have put together.
November 3, 200520 yr Gerald Wallace is 6 for 6 from the field. What are they all dunks or something!?
November 3, 200520 yr QUOTE(SS Gload @ Nov 3, 2005 -> 02:36 AM) Well, by the looks of it.......lottery here we come! Breaking news....It isn't even halftime.
November 3, 200520 yr QUOTE(SS Gload @ Nov 2, 2005 -> 08:46 PM) no foul on brevin knight? It wasnt that obvious of a mugging.
November 3, 200520 yr Well, I hate to quote former bulls commercials, but "Anything can change in the blink of an eye..."
November 3, 200520 yr Relax opening night of the NBA is like week 1 in the NFL anything can happen; yes the Bulls are getting their asses handed to them right now but they will bounce back remember last year 0-9.
November 3, 200520 yr and people thought the officiating in the mlb sucked? damnit hinrich hurt! Thats just what we need!
November 3, 200520 yr Raymond Felton is getting veteran calls in his first NBA game. As I am typing this Kirk hurt is ankle not good
November 3, 200520 yr QUOTE(kyyle23 @ Nov 2, 2005 -> 08:16 PM) I am optimistic in the fact that Duhon, Chandler, Hinrich, Deng, Gordon, Harrington, Piatkowski, and Nocioni are all entering their second year with the same coach, with the same philosophies. I am a big believer in the cohesion factor in the NBA, and I think the Bulls have a step up on alot of teams in that department because all of the above mentioned players had pretty much equal in their impact on last season. The Bulls really had a similar mentality to the White Sox, they had different heroes every night. If the Bulls have any setback, it will be the integration of the new players into Skiles system, and his effect on the new players. If the Bulls simply execute, they will be a very competitive team this year. Hopefully the lapses will be fewer and further between because their are really no major contributing rookies on the team. This is a decent to good team, with a wildcard in Skiles. Optimism fading Will Robinson!
November 3, 200520 yr Alright guys, lets make this one look respectable and finish off strong with the remaining 81 games. Still alot of basketball to be played.
November 3, 200520 yr Charlotte has absolutely dominated the inside parimeter. Penetration is almost encouraged. And the crowd--could it get any quieter? I know the Bulls aren't giving them reason to cheer, but it sounds like Minute Maid after Pujols dismantled Lidge.
