He gave up a couple runs on a Raul Ibanez HR in the first inning.  He gave up a run (unearned) in the second.  He really settled down after that.

What pitches was he throwing? Last time I saw him he spent like the first 2 innings throwing almost nothing but 2-seamers.

Someone needs to be more specific on the PBP while we are at work.

That and his change-up.

Yup,  Kenny has been very adamant in his belief that Anderson and Sweeney will become something special.

And no matter what others say...I think he's right, and in 2-3 years we're going to have one of the best, young outfields in baseball.

It's 5-3 Sox. Top of the 5th. Mariners have runners and first and second with nobody out.

They now have runners on 1st and 3rd with one out. Ibanez is up.

So no fastballs or curveballs?

Reynoso pitching.

I missed the third inning. So maybe he threw some then. I basically saw him throwing the 2-seamer and change-up.

Sweeney's biggest fan, besides Mr. and Mrs. Sweeney, is Ozzie.

He gone! Reynoso gets out of the inning. 5-3 Sox going into the bottom of the 5th.

Good job by Reynoso pitching out of trouble. Half way home, 5-3 Sox.

Hawk and DJ teasing poor Dan Jiggets.

I tell you what. Pablo really hits the ball hard.

Men on 1st and 2nd, nobody out.

Is there any doubt how huge of a pick up this guy was?

Our sunday lineup is better than some teams starting lineup.

Valido looking like he's 20 years old on during that AB, which he is.

Valido pops out. Owens flys out to right. Sox don't score. Still 5-3 going into the 6th.
