You're 100% correct for now, but let's just remember that our guys have had all of what, 2 days to work with him now?

Give them at least a few months, and hopefully we won't see him in too many 1 run games.

Give him a few months? I don't think I'd put this guy in a game if we had a 5 run lead.

According to the box score, Thornton didn't pitch today.

He pitched in a game against the Diamondbacks' AAA team.

Anyone hear that Thornton line? LOL.

2 innings, 5 hits, (missed how many runs scored), 5 strikeouts.

This guy will haunt Cooper's dreams.

thats exactly why they wanted him i guess.... 2 innings, 5 strikeouts... that aint no small patatoes.... the 5 hits BLOWS... but the potential is there.... coop thinks he can take them there hits away

we shall see, im all for a project like thornton if he isnt in the game with anything less then 4 runs to give... and in that case, if he gives up 2 hits in an inning... hes PULLED.... oh, and i dont want him brought in with runners on at all in the begining either =P
