White Sox vs. That Other Team

Featured Replies

So...after all this, what do y'all think we can expect from Zambrano tomorrow?

That's an interesting question. I wouldn't be surprised with a pre game warning to both teams, which if it happens will absolutely infuriate Ozzie Guillen.

I do see Barrett getting plunked next month at Wrigley though.

With how wild Zambrano is, that could work in our favor.

He will bite the head off of Timo Perez, ala Ozzy Osbourne

I'm sure a lot of maturity and poise.

Is there any way Ozzie can get the umps to have a zero tolerance beanball policy before Zambrano tries to pull something first (you know he will)?

Ottawa you're right, it looks like Barrett clearly said something to AJP but it was very tough to see if AJ said something back.

On Fox they had a good view of AJ and he definitely said something when Barrett stopped him, but that doesn't give Barrett the right to punch him.

You forgot to mention that Zambrano will somehow break a bat over his knee, even though he isn't batting.

I know I would 'say something back' if one of the other players grabbed me.

Um....the first baseman was off the bag on that play.

You're right it sure could.

It will really be interesting how the umps handle it.

Completely agree and I think MLB with agree with you as well.

Some s***ty ABs by our guys in the last 2 innings.

I noticed that too, missed call right there.

We gotta get the offense charged up again next inning.

Oh, boy, Dusty's postgame'll be a real treat today.

I'm willing to bet AJ said something to the effect of "Get your f***in hands off of me."

According to MLB.com, Mark Prior reinjured himself in the brawl, and he's going to be out another month.

no kidding. it's as if the whole melee never happen!

I figured our guys would be knocking the cover off the damn ball!

Ozzie interview coming up.

We came into the game batting only .240 against left handers, and have been held to only two hits today. Thank god one of them came at the best time possible.

Now THAT's funny!

The injury occurred when Prior threw a punch and his right arm fell off.

"We expect him to miss a start, maybe two, dude", said Dusty Baker.

Yeah, Gooch is the only one with a hit.
