Lilly has our hitters chasing everything he throws to the plate. Our hitters were successful working the count in the 2nd inning.....but why keep doing something that works?

They obviously have something to do after the game with their approach at the plate tonight. Lilly is not a strikeout artist.

Man, Crede gets a taste of his own medicine.

Shea Crede

Well Freddy needs to shut them down now.

He feasts on teams that will chase his fastball up. He has a few Ks already on pitches well up and out of the zone.

I got the Aflac trivia question today... sort of an easy one though...

The Sox hate hitting left handed pitching.

This game is zipping right along.

I forgot about Morris and guessed Clemens

Its nice to see Freddy shaking off AJ. AJ calls a great game, just let the catcher call the game and hit the target.

Hawk is such a badass.

Their hitters are all working the count whereas half of ours like to take lousy swings on the 1st pitch.

Here as well.

Anderson will homer tonite.

I gotta be right one of these times.

If we lose, you can all blame this game on me, Kyyle23, and juddling because I'm pretty sure the White Sox never win on our birthday.

He needs to take a pitch or two. He is so afraid of striking out, he jumps on the first pitch near the plate.

how's toronto's pen?

He should be used to striking out.

It's amazing to me how infrequently he hits the ball hard. He'd be much less of a concern if he was hitting into tough luck.

They have the best closer in baseball so far.

Nate Robertson has thrown 5 shutout innings in an hour. Good job Tribe.

2 on - 2 out. C'mon Freddy.

Jim Thome is going to be playing shortstop during interleague play.

Garcia's lucky that pitch to Rios wasn't hit 450 feet.

didn't catalanato win a batting title a few years back? how did that happen?
