The great 8 now.

Sox/Tigers/Twins owning the rest of MLB right now.

GREAT JOB PICKING UP JC TONIGHT!!!!!! JUAN, JOE, PODS, MACK, COTTS, RISKE, JENKS!!!!! What a great week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cow Pie >>>>>>> NL Central

Cheesus, the Sox are now 9-1 against the NL Central.

16 - 0

w00t! :drink

For all the picking us up Jose did down the stretch last year, in the playoffs, and early this year.....it's fitting we picked him up in return in back to back starts to get him that record. Congrats to Jose, it wasn't pretty...but it's yet another victory. Hopefully the dreaded 8 game winning streak does not bite us in the ass tomorrow.

This teams inability to win 9 consecutive games is just disgusting, it needs to end tomorrow.

Tyler Bucholtz will be pitching... he is supposed to be good... but has sucked on numerous occations...

I'm worried about sundays game.

Well, technically, since the Sox won the season opener, they did go on a 9 game win streak. 4 in a row vs Anaheim, 4 in a row vs Houston, and 1 vs Cleveland.

Jon is in a groove. We will finally get that elusive 9th straight.

Yeah, considering we swept St. Louis and with how the matchups go in this series....I'd take 2 of 3 and be happy with it. Hopefully we keep rolling and get a sweep though.

There's really nothing technical about that, it's a different season with different players meaning the team's record resets along with any winning streaks.

Technicalities would say that it's the same city, same team name, same streak.

Yeah, the fact that it's a new season and all records are reset has nothing to do with it.

It aint the same..

Also, Buchholtz is not that good.. but with our inept way of handling rookies we are either gonna get shut down or crush him IMO
