nice job B-Mac, hopefully you will be taking the rotation spot of Mr. Suck himself Javier Vazquez.

Can we just hit the next two batters, and take our chances with the 0-7 Nixon?

Nah. That's alright.

:D

I get scared whenever Ortiz makes contact. Nice job by B-mac. Can we please end this f***ing thing now.

I hope this one's over before the All Star Break is finished. Jeesh.

:pray

Just for the record, Tavarez has allowed more homers than anyone else in Boston's bullpen.

I've watched him for years, and you get either the good or bad Julian...no really in-between. His stuff today is as good as I've seen it in a long time.

Who else does Boston have in their pen? Can Matt Clement pitch this inning?

Where is David Wells when you need him.

I thought the same thing on the first pitch.

Well, that's a relief.

Follow this logic: David Ortiz has a perfect batting eye; hencefore, he will never swing out of the strike-zone. Thus, via contripositive, should Ortiz not swing at a ball, it must be out of the strike-zone, otherwise this would contridict the premise of his perfect batting eye. Hencewidth, there can be no strike on Ortiz without him swinging.

I love it when you analyze.

He's on the DL.

the count is 2-1 but all pitches were the same. Now it's 3-1.

Thank you.

However, as Clement pitches for Boston and they can pretty much do whatever the hell they want to, he can come in the game if this is advantageous to the Sawx.

Dreaded lead off walk. Come on Jimmy.

The dreaded lead-off walk.

thome will get a single oppo

That was not a strike.

Um, ouch.
