No, it won't. Iowa has yet to beat anyone, and struggled against a mediocre ISU team.

If KU could pull off the upset, it'd sure help ISU. When's the last time the Jayhawks won in Lincoln?

um like 100 years ago.

Big game tonight. Like I said over on the BigTen board I really dont think this will be a close game. I think OSU will win big. I also dont think Tate finishes the game. He is not close to 100 percent and hasnt even been practicing as much as he usually does.

i agree with you.

Iowa definitely didn't look good against us last week and they haven't really had a n impressive game this season.

Illini up 10-3 at half and playing really really well.

Defense getting pressure on stanton and juice looks more and more comfortable with each drive.

Keep it up boys!

They tied it up pretty quick....

Yeah no kidding. When they barely beat and probably should've lost to Syracuse, barely beat Iowa State, and weren't that impressive against Illinois, that shows me that Ohio State should win this pretty easily. But for some reason I don't think it'll be easy, none the less Ohio State will win.

17-10 illini midway through the 3rd.

the offense is looking meaningful and the defense is really being impressive.

oh man, you have no idea how excited i am.

reda field goal. illinois 20, msu 10 late third quarter

20-10 illini w/ 11 minutes left, illini ball. don't do anything stupid.

Anyone else think Purdue will give ND a game today?

awful call.

this program never catches a break.

and just like that its 7-0 ND

neither of these teams has a defense, hopefully purdue can drive the ball right down the field on ND

Nope, ND by 20+

That first drive shows just how bad their defense is this year.

Painter should put up some good numbers today, but they won't be enough.

It is definitely not my day so far betting on these games. Hopefully the afternoon session helps me. Im getting waxed right now.

OH MY GOD.

JUIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIICE

see ya later john l. smith

Oh no, Illini are leaving my guys(UNC) behind now. :crying

I need to find some Temple fans to sulk with.

There's got to be a Michigan State of the ACC. A team with tons of talent that can hang with the big boys, but is always pissing away winnable games against the JV.

I can't believe that Illinois beat Stanton and the Spartans. What a joke the Spartans are. They are a team with top 20 talent year in year out that fails to win to win games they should and blows games they should win (see ND game).

Huge game tonight for the Hawkeyes. I don't think they'll be able to do it, based on what I'd consider less than stellar football in pretty much every game we played (namely because we were playing against lesser competition with the exception of ISU and we only played half of a good game against the Clones).

Right now I think Iowa is one of the more over-rated teams in the country based on the way they've played this year, but they could prove me wrong and I sure hope they do.

Lets go Hawkeyes!!!!

GO BUCKS BABY!!!!!!

7-0 OSU

Iowa State f***ing sucks.

How the hell are they on ABC saturday night football next week. I pray i get oregon/cal...

We've got pictures of someone, is all I can figure. I'm all about ISU exposure, but something tells me Nebraska will be more challenging than Northern Iowa.

I'd expect you get ISU there. You can figure out what our allure is, because I'm not sure. Root for the little guy though.

Best part of the game tonite was the band. They played songs from animated shows. They started out with the Simpsons theme song, which was nice. Next up, the Family Guy theme song, which was nicer. Then, two songs from South Park: "Blame Canada" and "What Would Brian Boitano Do?"

Not only is it cool seeing thousands of drunken fans sing "What Would Brian Boitano do??", but I think we have a new theme song.

"So what would Brian Boitano do

If he were here today,

I'm sure he'd kick an ass or two,

That's what Brian Boitano'd do."
