I'm almost always fine with Pablo playing over Pods. But whenever Sandy gets more than one start in every 5 games, that is one start too many. Stacking RH batters against a lefty whose best pitch is a changeup makes very little baseball sense. But I digress..

Definitely...however, Mike Redmond is a pretty darn good backup catcher.

Luckily Sandy Alomar is .182 so we're in good shape.

Santana always does a great job of keeping PK off-balanced. PK might as well just sit on the changeup, and if Santana throws him 3 straight fastballs, sit down.

at least we got a guy to 2nd to start it off. much better than 3 and out. plus konerko actually made contact. All in all better than usual

he can definitely keep em down if he's on his game, but its a coin flip at this point
