This game has given me some nasty heartburn. Kenny Rogers... Kenny.... F'in.... Rogers...

KENNY ROGERS. PLEASE RETIRE. This is just disgusting.

on paper those are tip the cap games, but watching them, none of those pitchers had their A stuff, Sox hitters played right into their hands

On paper, we used to have "tip your cap" starters like Conteras and MB.

My most memorable moment of teh 2006 season...The Sandy Alomar acquisition.

I remember everyone praying that Rongey was wrong when he said the trade was in the works. Can we release Sandy due to lack of game preparation?

This is it, boys! This is the hump the Tigers needed to get over. I'll wager we get swept. Those boys are playing inspired ball. They root for each other, pick each other up. I wouldn't be surprised if they win another 30 games.

I hope you're not a motivational speaker.

I can guarantee you that Frank Thomas was anything but the heart of the Sox clubhouse.

it might not have appeared on the surface....but when it comes to representing WHITESOX baseball & the organization...even after the riffraff....i still think he meant a whole lot more to the team than he was given credit. kinda like bernie williams for the NYY in terms of clubhouse presence.

I love the fact that Mark B. needs a personal catcher to throw to so he can be horribly mediocre and throw meatballs up to the plate.

How the f*** did Konerko not score on Brian Anderson's single up the middle?

I didn't see the AB, but Crede was ahead in the count and popped out? WTF?

And a tee shirt and a cap.

I hate Mark Buehrle.

He had no chance. Clevelen has a great arm out there.

well at least now Mac can't be used in the game tomorrow if it's close and Tigers have a tough RH'er up.

Somebody tell me what purpose BMac or Riske are serving?

This game is over, don't burn the bullpen

There's a good part to leaving the bases loaded?

its just obvious alomar wasn't going to get a hit. sorry. And maybe an 0 score loss will be more beneficial than another close loss. I'm still upset we got kinda close to Det. in the central (by way of det sucking the last 15 games) b/c it got the players minds off the wild card. Teams in the wild card chase alone usually play harder every night, and this team is so damn lathargic it needs something to motivate them because being world champs has made some/alot of players not care As Much as in the past.

Have you ever seen Konerko run? If he did run we would have 25 posts about what an idiot Cora is.

i said we must go 5-2 during this crucial road trip. hahaha what was i thinking after we split with KC?!? We'll be lucky to go 2-5. This sucks.

Clevelen is going to kill us for the next 10 years if the Tigers are smart. He is one hell of a player. Perfect man for CF in Comerica.

Is BMac still alive?

Also..I must give Kenny props for picking up McDougal he has been very impressive since coming over here.

from maggs to raggs

With two out! I couldda crawled on my ass cheeks to home plate and it wouldn't have even been close.

Are you even watching the game?

I don't have the heart to look at the Minn score, anyone know? They should be getting into the awesome O's pen right now
