Brian showing why he should be out there every single goddamn day.

Beautiful cutoff slide and throw to hold DeJesus to a single.

¿GIDP Por Favor?

Eyechart has been a real pain in the ass.

Have Ozzie manage a few rebuilding teams and see what his percentage is. He has only managed a team that was supposed to contend.

Last year's team was predicted to be middle-of-the-pack. Nonetheless, two seasons managing, 1 World Series title isn't a bad rate of success for Guillen.

Tom Kelly for those who don't know.

I like the way you think. I've been on the TK bandwagon for some time now. Join us.

I saw your signature, thats what made me think of him. I'm a Sweet Lou man myself. I think the Sox need a few cages rattled and he's the guy to do it.

What a dumb decision to have Iguchi covering 2nd. Nice of Buehrle to retain this lead.

In your opinion, is Tom Kelly or Ozzie Guillen the better manager?

Guillen is better.

They had the highest payroll in the division.

Did they have the highest payroll in baseball? Because they won the World Series!

Buehrle with a beautiful pitch to get Teahen, and gets out of the inning.

nice work MB

What was Ozzie's batting average in the WS?

Nice patience this inning. Uribe's continuing his campaign to be gone after this season.

He went 4-for-4.

Past success has no influence on present performance. The question isn't "who has a better resume," but "who's more likely to win now."

The right answer is Tom Kelly. He would allow our 3-4-5 to rake and give our bottom of the order a pirana-like attack. He wouldn't have Mack in center, wouldn't put up with a struggling Pods, would make better decisions with the pitching staff, and have the Sox playing sound fundamental baseball.

TK wouldn't publicly rip into a rookie pitcher for not doing Vazquez's dirty work, wouldn't have put Marte on the playoff roster over McCarthy, and had he managed this team, would have had us leading the Central by now.

EDIT: And TK is above playing favorites unlike Ozzie, and would put the team's success above personal relationships.

You're describing God, not Tom Kelly.

Nice observation by Hawk about not pitching inside enough, followed by an inside cutter hit into a DP.

You mean Ozzie?

DJ with a gem right there. HAHA

9:1 groundout/flyout ratio for Mark is nice to see.

Dye having a tough day at the dish.

I was describing Tom Kelly, a man whose baseball managing abilities are far superior to Ozzie's.

And for those who say Ozzie is a manager whose best assest is motivating his players, he's inferior to TK in that aspect too. TK gets his players to do the little things to win games because they know they will be replaced if they don't. There's no greater motivation than staying in the majors.

Dye having a tough day at the dish.

Last time he had a game like this at the plate, he also dropped a ball, got the next day off and then got hot again.
