Meh on the Cubs and anything they do. Them winning or losing helps us not.

No argument here. Since Joe Crede has been at bat for the last 25 minutes on gameday I had to surf around some.

Quick groundout to start the 5th.

Masset gets the groundout on a 14in breaker

The Sox need to send a message by winning right now.

I prefered that message.

Pops up left side, Crede grabs it at the rail.

Sizemore gets ahead in the count and fouls out to Crede.

Nice sequence Nick. Dont give him anything to get ahold of

hmm that looked good to me

Babe Micheals up

Masset 45 pitches deep, still hitting 94 mph on the gun

:cheers :cheers :cheers Nick Masset

1-2-3 innning.

Rock, how many people have told you they love your avatar?

Michaels fouls out to JD. 123 inning in the 5th for Masset.

Silly question, could Masset be working himself into fifth start consideration with his couple of outings if MB can't take the ball next time?

I think they should get Masset out now

Let me answer your question with a question, how many people havent?

Masset has impressed me quite a bit.

They liked him for it before. Hes 50 pitches deep right now, hitting 94 mph on the gun, and is showing the ability to get groundouts, jam batters, and strike guys out. I would say he has a strong chance.

I think Masset could be starting next year.

Masset has looked good and, hey look, we aren't losing. Nice change of pace.

I still don't know why we traded McCrappy for this Masset and Danks combo...early indications are we got robbed blind. :D
