Hell has frozen over

BIPS

Law of averages is bringing the temperature of hell back to normal for this time of year.

Was reading today how absurdly low the Sox BABIP (BA on balls in play) is, like 30 points lower than any other team. Bad luck. A historically low number that can't and won't stay. The worst BABIP since 2001 was .273 and the Sox were at .239. The ball is going to land where a fielder isn't a lot more often than it has been for us this year. Like it has tonight.

Positions of the nearest ice cream man/men in the ballpark.

If we score one more run tonight, we'll have pulled ahead of the Royals for runs per game by percentage points.

13th and rising....Seattle and Baltimore are next.

I was hoping we left "Embarassing" bullpen at Wrigely.

i sure hope oz brings aardsma in soon

yay

We're making the big pitches when we need them tonight so far, with the exception of one pitch tonight by Jose.

unfortunately, all 3 of Aardsma's blown saves have led to losses for the White Sox this year

nice

1st and 3rd, noooobody out

Luis had a good jump... he's also alot faster then I would picture him to be.

lol Terrero

Hm..

I think we've found our cleanup hitter.

:P

Did Hawk just REPEAT the "Crede is the best 3B in the league" comment?

I thought if you said something like that you just never acknowledge it and hope it doesn't ever come up again.

eh?

Maybe I'm wrong but I had read Hawk being quoted as saying this last year. And there was a better 3B than Crede on the field at the time. And this league has A-Rod, for example.

web gem

Could we score 10 runs in back to back games? (after not doing it all season til yesterday!)
