Uribe's out due to his mom's health taking a turn for the worst.

I get concerned when Uribe goes to his home country. I would hate to see them try to pin some new or same old BS charges on him for no good reason and force him to stay.

If true, I feel better about things and my prayers go out to his mother.

Way to play that one Rob.

Just hold them to no runs please.

Wow, that was well played there, Mack.

No runs given up by Contreras in 1st inning=good sign.

Time for BIG JIM!

For anyone not following the minor league thread, Brian Anderson was pulled in the third inning.

There's the "real" Gran Titan, challenging with the fastball...way to pitch over Rob's "error"!

Was he traded?

I've sent out an email....maybe Jason should work his cell. :P

Fathom, if you're out there find out the circumstances behind his removal.

Wonder if there's any coincidence to Pedro Lopez' claim off waivers and Anderson's absence? Perhaps he's about to be dealt.

I might cry.

How close was Thome's out to being a homer?

Flash, where the f*** is your rally proton accelerator????

No clue on this one, sorry

Not.

I thought about finding a new, clearer version of a proton accelerator but just haven't devoted the 10 seconds needed to browse Google.

As you may notice as well, I haven't updated the McCarthy/Danks/Masset watch in my signature. Just too lazy at this moment to do anything but type on Soxtalk....and occasionally look up PRON.

I keep checking out the Reds game to see if hopefully Freel or Griffey Jr. get pulled for no reason.

Jose with a nice sequence there.

Said in the gameday thing that Brian Anderson left with an injured neck/shoulder in the 4th inning.

Nice shot Dye, lets get some runs here
