No, he's lost about two steps and seems lazy too much. I'd rather go younger at 2nd base and try to develop someone for the next 5 years at that position.

Hawk when he is pissed is probably the worst broadcaster I have ever heard.

Next years ST, we need to teach what a strikezone is and how to protect on 2 strikes. We are one of the worst teams with 2 strikes in all of baseball.

Ozzie doesn't think spring training games are important enough to play the regulars. He likes to see the kids play.

Danks follow-thru is off. He's falling too far off the mound to the 3rd base side.

I agree, but we don't have that anywhere even close in our system other than MAYBE Getz (and that's not likely to be honest), and young MIF's don't grow on trees. Castillo may be lazy, but he can still hit, and he's actually a better hitter on the road than at home.

Dye should of caught that last one. Against another fielder, pulling up instead of making the play. Then Morneau crushes one.

Too old, doesn't hit lefties any longer (with tonight's blooper the exception), won't get you much more than 20 stolen bases, he's injury-prone on that turf...I just think his body is too beaten down.

 

Essentially, we need the type of players who will be maturing and entering their primes in the next 2-3 seasons, and that's why Castillo, who would have made more sense in 2005 or 2006, wouldn't have much of a future with the White Sox.

That's because hardly anything positive is ever said. It's always like OMG HAWK SAID THIS or OMG OZZIE IS THE WORST MANAGER EVER. I've noticed that 100% of your posts have something ridiculously negative in them ,even if the subject is positive.

Bad pitch location or bad pitch call or both. Nothing wrong with Morneau's execution there though. See mistake, hit mistake.

Watching Danks and Jenks pitch are the bright spots in Sox games, as well as watching Thome hit against righties. Besides that, it's an incredibly dull team.
