June 16, 200718 yr Does it even matter anymore. It can't get any worse that this. I don't understand how far this team has fallen since 2005??
June 16, 200718 yr I hope Day can return healthy for next season. I really liked what I saw from him, outside of those two outings. His slider has really looked good coupled with that mid-90's fastball with movement. QUOTE(Mr. Showtime @ Jun 15, 2007 -> 09:15 PM) The band is back together. Not quite, we need Bukvich to implode so we could recall Sisco.

However, I'll stand at the ready with my black sunglasses and suit.

Are we already talking about him being out for the season?
June 16, 200718 yr QUOTE(Balta1701 @ Jun 15, 2007 -> 09:20 PM) Are we already talking about him being out for the season? No, I just said next season because this season is pretty much over.
June 16, 200718 yr QUOTE(Dick Allen @ Jun 15, 2007 -> 09:24 PM) Day sucks, AAArdsma sucks, the Sox suck, no big deal. Take that back!

Hey, their ERAs in Charlotte were 1.09, 1.31 and 1.36...or something like that...that always translates to major league success, right?
June 16, 200718 yr I kinda figured that was coming a couple of days ago. I am sorry to see Day go, because he really looks like if he stays within himself and doesn't try to overthrow, that he can actually stick here.
June 16, 200718 yr QUOTE(AirScott @ Jun 15, 2007 -> 09:43 PM) Hey, their ERAs in Charlotte were 1.09, 1.31 and 1.36...or something like that...that always translates to major league success, right? Yeah, Prinz 0.56 ERA did him well in Chicago.
June 16, 200718 yr QUOTE(Heads22 @ Jun 15, 2007 -> 09:45 PM) Aardsma got rocked in Charlotte tonite. He blew probalbly Heath Phillips best outing of the year He did get the win though and his ERA is now 5.40
June 16, 200718 yr QUOTE(Whitewashed in @ Jun 16, 2007 -> 01:54 PM) Is he out for the year? He has a strained back or something like that. Placed on the 15 day DL. Ozzie wanted to use him or Prinz the other day against Rowand, but neither of them could get loose. Prinz is now released, and Day injured.
June 17, 200718 yr Just another example of a footloose tomfoolery hack organzation. Let me see if I have this down: -After starting well, Ardsma stinks in Chicago -Because Aardsma stinks he is sent to Charlotte -Ardsma stinks at Charlotte -Ardsma is recalled to Chicago Someone make some freaking sense out of this!!!!
