Yeah, not surprising at all. Louisville has been the team to beat for awhile. I didn't think he was going to commit this soon, however, so that was kind of surprising.

Those making fun of the "not wanting JaQuan Lyle on their team" crew.... He bailed on his AAU team this week who were ranked as the top seed in the Peach Jam (can't wait to hear the full story on this when it comes out...). Tried to Join another team in the Peach Jam, but was ruled ineligble for this weekend... He's in Indy playing for an AAU team out of Lousville (imagine that) this weekend... Next weekend he's playing for the Mac Irvin Fire.

 

I would guess he's a likely transfer candidate his first year.
