February 6, 201016 yr the coolest theory that i've heard so far, and i'm inclined to agree with, is that the "new timeline" isnt a new timeline at all. The bomb changed what always happened and that's them in 2004, while the group at the swan are in 2007. The plane DIDN'T crash, but the island has a way of course-correcting. And eventually they'll all end up back there one way or the other.

Series finale, something happens than sends them there. I like your theory better though.

February 10, 201016 yr It was Kate-centric. Of course it was going to be lackluster. But even a lackluster LOST episode for me is still good.

February 10, 201016 yr So Im way late to the party but I just finished season 1 and it looks like a good show. Ive heard season 2 isnt that great but 3 is amazing.

February 10, 201016 yr Bigsqwert please name me one show in the history of television that doesn't have down episodes? If you honestly think this is one of the worst episodes of the series then I suggest you rewatch season 2, and the beginning of 3.
February 10, 201016 yr personally...i think any and every one of the Kate-centric shows are 'down' compared to the others. Hopefully this was just a bridge from the season opener to what is hopefully a kick ass rest of the season
