I let Gavin go unless someone gets on. He's retired 7 in a row, his pitch count is fine, he has a lead and we are facing the Tigers bullpen. If someone gets on then pull him, otherwise give him the 7th.

I'm with the consensus on this one. Give Gavin the ball in the 7th, but if he lets anybody on, get the pen in there.

This is a tough decision. If Bobby and Linebrink were both fresh, I'd definitely pull him now to give him some confidence and a chance to win. But I'm not sure right now.
