There's just a strange vibe to this series. All the players just seem to be going through the motions.

And we're down 5-0. The high priced guys have been so disappointing this season besides for Javy.

buerhle always has at least one inning that he blows up, this year its been two innings. He just does not look good.He cannot over come mistakes.

Who would have thought that Buerhle would be the odd man out of an otherwise stellar pitching rotation?

What happened to his change-up? That used to be his best pitch. He's a two pitch pitcher now with a below average fastball and below average curve/slider. Oh well, we have to win tomorrow's game.

just turned the game on and its 5-0. Guess I can take a nap now.

It's odd that all the players we thought we could depend on going into the season, are the players having trouble.. and almost everyone else has shown up to play..

On the plus side, at least we know its a loss early so we can go do other stuff.

meanwhile it'll take Laffey 3 innings to reach that many pitches.
