The Flintstones and the Jetsons started out in primetime, and the Flintstones at least has enough cultural significance to merit consideration.

Yep, Dweezil did the voice of Ajax, the oldest son (the one that didn't have two heads )

 

FZ music only featured in the first season. BUT . . . Todd Yvega, who co-wrote the original Duckman music, was the guy who transcribed Frank's Synclavier pieces for the Ensemble Modern for The Yellow Shark and Greggery Peccary & Other Persuasions. He also contributes vocals on Civilization – Phase III. So there's another Duckman-FZ connection.

 

Now for the bonus question: What other animated offering did FZ actually voice a cameo character for, and what character was it?

Yeah, the Miami Vice appearance with Franl as Mario Fuente is a hoot.

 

The animated cameo I was referring to was FZ as the Pope in a Powdered Toast Man (voiced by Gary Owens) cartoon on an episode of Ren and Stimpy.
