I hope we get someone that the Sox fan base can unite behind.

Like someone totally awesome.

As long as it's not Castro, I think we'll all be happy.

Singleton, Phillips, Gammons . . . mute

Thank God Steve Phillips is there to provide the token retard comments.

How fast does the draft usually move?

They'll be back to the conference call after the supplemental round I believe.

I really wish they went back to the conference call style. It was awesome.

They should just let Gage and I do it so he can botch all the Latino names.

Well with the conference call a pick was made every 8 to 10 second or so. Now that ESPN has taken it over they'll probably allow 5 minutes in between pick. EVEN THOUGH THERE IS NO TRADING OF PICKS ALLOWED! A team doesn't need anymore than 10 seconds to make a selection, that's why they have a f***ing draft board.

before it was televised...it was great....rapid fire...one team picked and the next picked right away...

now theres 5 min between picks

This is cool that this is the 1st draft that I don't have to get up at 4AM in the morning to see who we pick also.

Dear god I hate Bud Selig, he can't retire soon enough.

YOU DON'T NEED A f***ING CLOCK!

Yuck, Rays fans are like Jets fans, except their franchise is f***ing horribler.

Don Zimmer is ordering a sandwich.

A commercial while they are on the clock for the first pick? Seriously?

It's about damn time the Rays are on the clock...

I'm excited to see how this all unfolds. Let's hope we don't get screwed over in the one draft we actually have a Top 10 pick in.
