Anyone else think BA has lost a step in the field? Not that he should've had that double, but he looks to have gained 10 pounds or so since 2006. I think that's helped his hitting, but his range factor is way down. I'm not sure that he gets to the gaps as well as he used to (I'm a huge BA fan, btw).

Yeah, is Ozzie just giving him some days off? He was like the only one who didn't hit when we were hot last week. Or is he hurt and they're hiding it? Hopefully if he's just getting rest he'll come back in his first half of 2006 form. Or better yet his 2004 Philly form.

I saw the exact same thing in a Cubs-Reds game last year. Encarnacion threw down his helmet and the announcers thought he got tossed, but he stayed in the game and they said it was just a fine for throwing equipment.

One of the worst pitching staffs in baseball versus one of the best and we are on the downside of a 1-0 score in the 7th. A pitcher with an 8 ERA and Grilli are currently 2 hitting our team. I dont want to hear how great De La Rosas pitches were, I dont want to tip our cap. I want our hitters to man up and f***ing hit in one of the easiest parks in baseball to hit in.
