November 3, 200817 yr Saturday was a nice one to win. They faced 10 powerplays, included something like 5.5 minutes straight at one point, and another PP in overtime, and came out of it winning in a shootout. Huet saw 51 shots, which is insane. The boys are 5-1-3 since the two opening loses.

I still think you try to trade Khabi if you can and make a run at a big time offensive center. Sundin would make so much sense for this team if you could fit him in the cap somehow.

November 4, 200817 yr Blackhawks have looked excellent tonight even though they are playing Colorado. The Hawks had a stretch of maybe 90 seconds where they controlled the puck in Colorado' zone — not letting the Avs touch the puck at all — and they weren't even on a power play.
