DL him. If he can't pitch, DL him. I feel like Guillen is managing knowing he can't use him, and it's affecting his handling of every pitcher all the way back to his starters. If he can't pitch, don't have him on the roster.

OC is due, he's hitless today.

yeah the bullpen hasn't been steller, in fact most of the pitching staff hasn't been good since the all star break.
