He hit it off the mound with the defense in double play depth. It was a dp.

Konerko hit the ball pretty sharply that unfortunately glanced off the pitcher right to Polancofor a DP. If it doesn't hit Robertson, its a single up the middle. Give me a break.

I think we need better pitching. The only one that has been doing his job is Mark B over the last 7 or so games. Maybe it's just that dead arm period that is talked about so much? Defense is sloppy. But, Fields isn't the only one with an error either.

Whatever, it was hit hard and if didn't hit a very unlucky place, its a single to center. Ripping him for it would be like ripping a guy for lining a ball to the SS and having a runner doubled up.
