Never thought I would see the day where Juan Uribe is playing better defense than OC

I don't get what all the hype is about OC's glove. Color me completely unimpressed with his defense this year.

??? If there is one thing Uribe has always been able to do it is play D. He can't hit, but he has always been good with the glove.

I'm not very concerned. Thats going to happen to Mark from time to time. He pitches to contact. There really wasn't anything hit hard that inning, and I expect the Sox to be all over Davies.

That's funny, as my brother and I were just saying how we hate him more than Gload when he played here. I despise him so much....I'm convinced he's trying to hit homers every time there's a runner on base now, and that's why he's been pulling the ball so much lately.

I still laugh when I remember DJ calling OC an "intelligent player".

OC is a gold glove winner and while Uribe's arm is fantastic...he has a knack for making bone headed plays.

 

Gold Glove means absolutely nothing. Based on what I have seen from Cabrerra this year I put him closer to Jose Valentin than Juan Uribe.
