Goo thing we brought Thornton in yesterday.

That last pitch looked like it got the plate inside. Aj reaching back to get it didn't help.

This game has "disaster" written all over it. I've felt that way ever since that inning where we had the bases loaded and didn't score.

Thornton did suck there, but those were all not balls. If so then who was umpiring when the bosox were pitching.

 

I agree...that last pitch was a bad call though...still, when you're all over the place like Thornton you probably wont get the close ones.

I just hope the team doesn't have the same defeated attitude that you people have.

 

I don't think anyone has a defeated attitude. But I do think, when you watch our guys, they seem like they're expecting bad things and they're not being particularly aggressive or confident. Tight.
