Carrasco?

Carrasco?

That'd be like 4 innings in 3 days.

With the 6 run lead in the 9th who needs a closer? :gosox3:

Alexei Ramirez??? He plays everywhere else.

I could see Russell getting a shot.

That's who is going to be the middle inning guy at the very least. Broadway and Russell are going to have to do some heavy lifting today if Floyd can't get it done.

Bobby Jenks. That's why he is the closer

Amen. Besides, Bobby hadn't pitched in 5 days before his 2 innings on Sunday, and he threw only 8 pitches in his save last night. This should not even be an issue.

Gavin's gonna go 9!

I've heard that Kyra Sedgwick is the Closer.

sorry...couldn't resist.

Amazing how it took 10 posts to get the right response. We are in a situation where the team can't afford to let games slip away. Bobby can handle it. Use him till that arm falls off.

Very glad to find my own thread ending up being pointless. I just started a new one that will likely head towards the same fate, most mine do.
