Ok, 50/50 we beat UMASS. We turn the ball over a LOT! Also miss a lot of shots.

I think were gonna win, the arena should be close to sold out, it'll be a pretty good atmosphere.

I thought it seemed a bit much to play 3 games in a row, as well as travel to New York

Can't beat that atmosphere, eh?

Fun stuff last night. It's unbelievable the improvement that Fay has made from last year to this. I've been telling Brian since the first exhibition game that when he's on the court(he keeps getting in f'n foul trouble) he's by far our best player and it's really not even close right now.

As for Dillard, he has some ridiculous talent, he needs to start making better decisions though. He was terrible in the first half, pretty much awful but obviously he came back huge for us in the 2nd half.

As a side note, looks like Roundtree hurt himself pretty badly which is a shame, I love the way that kid plays the game. He's the perfect role player on a winning team.

Next Thursday should be interesting, Fay needs to keep himself out of foul trouble some how.

It looked pretty bad at first but he was walking around with out crutches(obviously limping) so who knows. Still haven't heard any word on him yet though.

He has a week until MSG, hopefully he is all good by then.

Fay has been awesome this year, when Boyle and Booker get going, the front line is going to make the guards look that much better

You guys have actually got me wanting to head up to Carbondale to see a Salukis game.

You should, its an experience. Try for a MVC game vs Creighton, Il St or MSU, it gets pretty crazy

Are you planning on going to Peoria for the Bradley SIU game?

psssht whatevs ;)

I cant wait for the season to start for ISU. We play saturday at Wright State, a couple friends of mine are going but I don't think I can go. It's the only non conference game that they might lose IMO, other than the bracketbuster. I'm starting to get excited.

I hope SIU dismantles Duke. As much as I poke fun at my SIU boys, I really respect the program. I think they have realized that by now. Can we get some major conference basketball talk in here.

Yup. I will be in southern IL for X-mas and plan on meeting Justin in Peoria on the 28th on my way back.
