Should I worry that DWeezys' .341 spring BABIP won't maintain itself? Seems like he might be getting a little more lucky than BA's .289.

But that's grindin' for ya.

No. That's a perfectly sustainable BABIP especially when you're as talented a hitter as Dewayne Wise.

Great stuff.

I would not be surprised if Fields is the Sox' second-best hitter this year.

The sox will be in big trouble if that were to be the case.

Bartolo is getting creamed...Rex Hudler even called the Napoli HR, not the Ayber one though

Wow, Fields just hit into a pretty DP started by Ayber after a bloop single by Lillibridge

Hunter absolutely robbed Getz.

Welcome to the big leagues kid. He'll get plenty of that in his own division (Gomez, Sizemore, Granderson, etc..)

lol and he told ozzie the other day when he pitched good that he would be better next time(today) so does this mean he wont start the year on the roster?

The Angels have scored 101 runs in their last 9 games.

For the love of God, I wish someone would tell these stupid Angels announcers that Bartolo and Contreras are NOT battling it out for the 5th spot in the rotation.

They've been talking about it ad nauseum for the last few innings, and proving without doubt that they have no clue what they're talking about.

Is anyone concerned at all about Dye? For all the b****ing, moaning and complaining about Mr. Lillibridge, Dye is hitting 107 points lower than he is...

Anyone hear the velocities for Contreras and Colon today? Pitch count? It doesn't show at the MLB boxscore...just batters faced.

I am on wireless internet at Bangkok Airport, will be in Japan/Toyko this morning (31st), still land at O'Hare the same day.

This game is on FSN West for you DirecTV people

Thanks

Colon and Contreras' stuff looks ok, but there command is all over the place. Not too surprising considering they didnt pitch for like 8 months, but they have only 1 more ST start so it's a little scary. Good to see their stuff is ok.

Dye hit .238 in the spring last year and everyone was moaning about his bat looking slow and his body looking old.
