Gameday was wrong. There was maybe 1.

I wish Getz had been up instead of Lilli.

The ump had to talk himself into calling that a strike.

I'd rather that's called a strike, as Buehrle will need that pitch. Shades of Game 2 of the ALDS last year. Kazmir has nothing, but we're keeping him in the game.

I think it was a strike.

Man, BA is an OPB machine. He might be worth the 9th spot in the order, if he keeps this up

Betemit with just a terrible reaction on that play.

Ugh, Betemit looks terrible against LHP.

This lineup absolutely blows. Jesus...swing the bat.

That's because he IS terrible against LHP.

Whoever encouraged him to be a switch hitter potentially screwed up his career.

And the fact that the Sox put him in situations to hit right-handed in inexcusable.

Agreed...when they're not getting walked around the bases, it has no chance to be productive.

Just got home. The way DJ and Farmer sound, Buckner behhind plate again?

So Brian just isn't going to swing the bat anymore, huh? Might be best.

BA's is working pitchers, if he can ever cut his swing down, his approach might work.

"Life Goes On" for Corky!

Corky hammered that.

In the fourth inning, Brian Anderson at first, on base for the second time today, is driven in by a double by Corky Miller, his second time on base today.

I believe everyone has to drink for that sort of occurrence.

Hawk called him "The Corkeroo." Wow, awesome and weird at the same time.

Corky Miller inspires hope for all veteran backups.

Wow Corky, that was impressive!

He took twice on 2-0. Once a ball, once a strike I think. Eiither way, he didn't make any effort to make it look like he was thinking about swinging. They were Ozuna-esque takes.

Fields swinging is getting longer

Josh Fields looks like Jack from Will and Grace. He's actually swinging the bat like him too right now...
