Anybody here eat chorizo?

Featured Replies

If so, who has cooking tips?

Breakfast: tossed into some scrambled eggs, wrapped in a tortilla.

I am a bit of a snob, I will only eat Guerra's Brand from San Manuel, Texas. The seasoning is perfect, and I know they use quality meat.

I either eat it plain, or with eggs. One time a guy BBQ'd some and put it on tortillas, that was great.

Awesome, I'll check this out when I get home.

when i worked at this hot dog joint we used chorizo to make our chili for the chili dogs - it was pretty much the greatest thing in the universe.

Taco Xpress in Austin. Best...chorizo...breakfast tacos...EVAR!!!!!!111!!11!!1!

also, u can get non-picante(regular), picante, super picante. i love the last one :)

and frijoles puercos are great. its refried beans with chile's and chorizo mixed..wow, great.

Is that like the hot stuff? At the store I buy it at (kinda like an all-purpose ethnic food store) they just have the sweet and spicy kinds. The spicy isn't really that hot, how do you make it hot? Red pepper?
