We got lucky there. Butler hit that hard. Bobby needs to get the curveball working.

MLB At Bat says its 99 as well.

Maybe he is pissed about the blown save against Pitt.

just noticed ol' Cocaveli Crisp, he hurt or just sitting?

Had to go back through gameday, but what a f***ing surprise: AJ GIDP on the first pitch on a wild pitcher to end the innning. God I hope Flowers is ready to be a stud catcher next season.

Truth be told, it was a massive hanger and he hit a rocket to the 2nd baseman.

Tigers get one on an error. 2 on, 1 out, up 2.

This seems all too familiar...

Two quick outs.

No one has mentioned this, but Getz has been a pretty good hitter for us in the 8th/9th innings this year. He's started quite a few late inning scoring situations.

wtf

that 1-2 pitch to teahan, 98mph with tailing movement

gun can't be right

He may be going away from the control pitching of Coop back to the wild hard stuff. His lack of control using his curve may be a result.

Jenks has to figure out whats up with his breaking pitch. He would be dominating right now if he didn't have just the fastballs.

here it comes.....

forget about the runner, 2 outs bobby

Damn it Fields.

And Jacobs gets a chance to tie it now. Jenks better keep the fastball up in the zone here.

Oh god. Watch him launch a 500 foot monster.

Tigers cruising now. Up 6-3, still two on, still one out.

watching KC station - says Jenks hit 100 on gun

And the curve gets him! Jenksy!

4TH STRAIGHT SERIES WIN

Goodbye!

There we go! That umpire was awesome. Way to go Pods!

Finally got a curve over. That's the 4th straight series. Awesome win!

I think it's a combination of adrenaline and time off for Jenks' velocity. He hasn't pitched in a week so he's probably feeling real strong right now and his last outing was a blown save, he's looking for the redeemer here.

WOW that last pitch!!!
