I would argue that point with you, but I know Wise can show some good lumber at times. Defense yes BA is superior, but DW gives it his all

So put me in the camp who's officially worried about Danks. He's looking like the pitcher we saw in 2007 again, and unlike Floyd, who seems to have pitched better than his numbers show, Danks is the opposite.

If he has a tired arm now I would be worried. I tend to think it is really more of not locating his pitches and maybe poor pitch selection. He gets in trouble and can't get out of it until at least 2 or 3 runs score on him

this is danks' third year in the big leagues, i hope we don't have to continuously baby his innings because he keeps showing arm fatigue

Yes, we're ripping because he's looked terrible this season from basically his 4th start on. His mechanics are totally screwed, and after that start in Anaheim, I think we were hopeful he would start to improve upon them.

Just because people don't use those exact words doesn't mean they don't think he's going to be bad in the future.

 

Meanwhile, IMO, this is all Danks is going to give this season. I hoped for better, and I want better, but I don't think we are going to see it. He just can't get anything down.
