I was really hoping Carlos would be back today. Jason Berken is a pitcher we have never seen before and thats never a good sign for this team.

I'd tend to agree on logic, however, I've seen some articles recently, like in the Trib, that hinted Fields may be the odd man out.

I wouldn't Nix that idea just yet.

I'm not sure Nix has ever played first base. He did once foul a ball off his eye. So hell anythings possible.
