He's 26 and wasn't exactly near the top of anyone's lists of prospects, even in our system. FS Mid-Season I think he was #13, so people associated with the Sox had started to catch on. But he's not someone who is going to get you a lot in return by himself, unless he puts up some solid numbers in the majors this year. He could be a throw-in to sweeten the pot in a multi-player trade, though.
