I think the rule is that you have to touch the ball in order for there to be an error called.

Didn't Kotsay hit an inside the park homer in the Dome back in 2006? I believe it was in the playoffs with the A's. So, glad to see that Beckham will be getting (at least!) an extra AB per game!

There's no such rule , it's just up to the discretion of the official scorer, who, in this instance made a favorable call for the home team.

he should stop taking BP and see how that works for awhile. I know he's on a pretty intense back stretching and strengthening routine. We need Jim to do anything this season, especially with the lack of production from Q 2.0
